Main Buildings (2 G+1 Floors): The two main buildings serve as the focal points of the resort. They are designed with a contemporary yet environmentally conscious approach, using sustainable materials. The ground floor includes a welcoming lobby and reception area, a gourmet restaurant with panoramic sea views, a spa and wellness center, and boutique shops. The first floor houses luxurious suites with private balconies overlooking the beach and the sea.

Beach Villas (10 Units): These exclusive beachfront villas are nestled along the pristine shoreline. Each villa boasts a private garden, an infinity pool, and direct access to the beach. Their design is inspired by tropical modernism, featuring open-plan layouts, natural materials, and large windows that maximize the ocean views.

Floating Villas (10 Units, Ground Floor Only): Floating villas offer a unique overwater experience. They are designed to blend seamlessly with the natural environment, using sustainable construction methods. Each villa includes a spacious bedroom, a sun deck with direct access to the sea, and large windows for underwater views of marine life.

Floating Majlles: Two floating majlles provide secluded spaces for relaxation and entertainment. These traditional Arabian-style lounges are positioned in the lagoon, offering guests a tranquil setting to enjoy sunset views and evening gatherings.

Sports Store & Boat Store: The sports store caters to active guests, providing equipment for water sports, while the boat store offers rental and storage options for boats, kayaks, and other watercraft, encouraging guests to explore the island’s waters.

Labor Accommodation & Service Block: Located discreetly on the island’s periphery, these facilities ensure smooth resort operations. The labor accommodation includes comfortable living spaces for staff, while the service block houses maintenance, laundry, and administrative offices.

Marina: The marina serves as a docking area for private boats and yachts. It’s equipped with fueling stations, a dive center, and a water taxi service for convenient access to and from the resort.
